Terms of use
Draft, pending legal review before launch
This is placeholder legal text prepared for site structure and tone. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must not be treated as final before Arbii accepts real deposits.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By opening the Arbii Mini App or interacting with the Arbii smart contracts, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't use the product.
2. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to access products like Arbii where you live. Arbii is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where its use is restricted or prohibited, and it is your responsibility to know which category applies to you.
3. What Arbii is
Arbii provides non-custodial software that lets you interact with smart contracts implementing a pooled trading vault on Hyperliquid, accessed through a Telegram Mini App. Arbii is not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, fund manager or investment adviser, and using it does not create any of those relationships.
4. Your wallet and account
Your wallet is created and controlled through embedded wallet infrastructure, unlocked by a passcode and, optionally, device biometrics that you set yourself. You are responsible for keeping your passcode, recovery code and verified email secure and up to date. See the Risk Disclosure for the precise custody model.
5. Fees
Membership, deposit routing, performance and withdrawal fees apply as described on the Fees section of this site and enforced by the smart contracts themselves. Fee changes are subject to the on-chain limits and notice periods described there.
6. No investment advice, no guarantee
Nothing provided by Arbii, on this site, in the Mini App, or through support, constitutes investment, legal or tax advice. Past or illustrative figures are not projections or guarantees. Trading involves a real risk of loss, including of your entire deposit.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use Arbii for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the smart contracts, Mini App or supporting infrastructure other than through responsible disclosure.
8. Affiliate programme
Referral commissions are paid automatically on-chain under the rules in force at the time of payment. Arbii may suspend or revoke affiliate status for fraud, self-referral, or abuse of the programme.
9. No warranty; limitation of liability
Arbii is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arbii and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the product, including losses from strategy performance, smart contract defects, or third-party infrastructure failures.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Mini App and Telegram notification channel before they take effect.
11. Governing law
Governing law and dispute-resolution jurisdiction to be finalised with legal counsel before launch.
12. Contact
Arbii does not operate a public support email. Reach us through the support chat inside the Mini App.
